QUEENFEST 2023 is back LIVE and IN PERSON!

Rachel co-produces an International Womens’ Day variety show that showcases female/non-binary talent. This year, Queenfest will be raising funds for Alexandria House, a transitional home for women and children located in Los Angeles, California. Since 1996, Alexandria House has been a community-oriented transitional house and neighborhood center which is intentionally multicultural, anti-racist and where the needs of women who are economically poor are central.

Liz Estrada, inspired by Lysistrata by Aristophanes, is a biting comedy about social justice, late-stage capitalism, and the timeless potency of dick jokes.

2021 Recap

Rachel’s first short screenplay and first pilot got recognition in 7 festivals and contests! She went on to write two additional original pilots and a one act play.

Rachel wrote and starred in 12 webisodes of PARKER & OLIVE AND THE PRESSING F*CKING ISSUES. The series finale will be released on January 14th, 2022.

She continued her studies at Anthony Meildl’s Actor Workshop and booked a commercial that she is excited for you to see in 2022!

She is continuing work on two commissions for live events that will open in 2022!

Armed with opinions and a free Zoom membership, Parker and Olive set out to change the world one video conference call at a time. Their weekly internet salons grapple with art, culture, sociopolitical issues, and the great teen soaps of the early 2000’s. With the help of their reluctant friends, Parker and Olive just might learn something.
